As of May 1st, 2026, BCHF will operate on the following updated schedule:

MON:

• 6pm-7pm: Grappling (Wrestling + Dagger, alternating biweekly. Contact us for specific dates.), includes instruction and freeplay

• 7pm-9pm: Sword + Buckler, includes instruction and freeplay

TUES:

• 7pm-9pm: Beginner Classes (held in 8 week sessions, contact us for specific dates)

WED:

• 5pm-7pm: Beginner Classes (held in 8 week sessions, contact us for specific dates)

• 7pm-9pm: Longsword, includes instruction and freeplay (same class-plan as Thursday sessions)

THURS:

• 7pm-9pm: Longsword, includes instruction and freeplay (same class-plan as Wednesday sessions)

SAT:

• 4pm-5:30pm: Saber, instruction only

• 5:30pm-7pm: Rapier, instruction only

• 7pm-9pm: Open Floor, freeplay only

Please contact us before dropping into a practice session. We sometimes have minor alterations in our schedules, and may not be practicing every listed practice date. Experienced fencers are welcome to attend any of our practices as guests, but we ask any individual with no HEMA experience to take part in our beginner class before anything else. For guests, we charge a drop-in fee of $15 (can be paid via Venmo, cash, or check).
